Below is a simple video game I created a few years ago but never finished/released. I designed, illustrated and programmed (through Construct) the entire game. Please note that the sound and high scoring is disabled, and it only goes to a certain maximum speed level.
Game Objective
Far in the great white north of Canada, a hearty lumberjack races through the woods, heading to the nearest Timmies to grab some donuts. On his way he must avoid colliding with trees, moose and hockey players.
Each time he hits something, he loses a bit of energy. When his energy is depleted, the game ends. If he happens to pick up some bacon, beer, poutine or maple syrup, a bit of his energy is restored, allowing him to run further.
See how far you can get him to go by using the “Up/Down” arrow keys (keyboard or touchscreen) to manoeuvre around the obstacles.
